About the event
The 2019 Atlantic Long Track Camp runs December 27-29 at the Halifax Emera Oval and Halifax Pavilion.
The camp offers 6+ hours of long track training and instruction, 3+ hours of dryland activity, and 2+ hours of presentations.
- Friday December 27: 4:00pm-6:00pm
- Saturday December 28: 7:00am-4:00pm
- Sunday December 29: 7:00am-1:00pm
For skaters aged 10+.
Coaching is lead by Todd Landon, a Chartered Professional Coach, with many years of experience developing long track speed skaters as Provincial Coach with the Manitoba Speed Skating Association and Long Track Coach with the Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic. Assistant coaching will be provided by certified and/or trained speed skating coaches with experience coaching and/or competing at Canada Winter Games and national competitions.
