Summer Programs Curricula:

Starting – use body positioning, blade pressure, and stride direction to accelerate.

Straights – use body position, blade pressure, and stride direction to effectively push off the skate to build and maintain straight away .

Turns – use body position, blade pressure, and stride direction to effectively push off the inside and outside skate to build and maintain speed through cross-overs.

Technical Evaluation - an introductory video assessment of technical competency and development.

Skaters aged 10 and older on July 1, 2025 with 1 year of competitive experience and with 400m less than 1:00.00 or 500m less than 1:10.00.
