Landonedge Power Skating

Skate with Power and Efficiency

Skating with power + efficiency requires the right combination of body positioning, blade control, and stride direction to build and maintain speed—both on the straights and through the turns.

Landonedge Power Skating is built on over 20 years of experience from certified and chartered high-performance speed skating coach Todd Landon.

Whether you're playing offense or defense, our expert instruction and personalized feedback will give you the confidence and skills to win more races in the game.

Program Curriculum

  • Balance & Edges: Build a strong foundation with proper body positioning and blade stability to support overall skating improvement.

  • Forward Efficiency: Learn to move efficiently by refining stride direction and body mechanics to gain and maintain forward speed.

  • Effective Corners: Master turns by developing control over edge pressure, body alignment, and stride direction through curves.

  • Backward Mobility: Increase versatility with the ability to transition quickly and smoothly between forward and backward skating.

  • Building Speed: Enhance acceleration through refined blade pressure, body position, leg speed, and stride technique.

  • Stop & Go Again: Develop the ability to stop quickly from full speed and accelerate explosively from a standstill.

All sessions are led by certified and/or trained skating coaches.
